Abstract

The text outlines the journey of UFSC's Museology undergraduate program, from its inception in 2009 to the development of pedagogical practices embracing diversity, such as the "Museums and Resistance" event. The program integrates interdisciplinarity with projects focused on race, gender, and affirmative policies. It also highlights the importance of welcoming and accessible museum and university spaces, promoting an ethical and responsible Museology.
