This text, based on the research "Museal Education and Feminisms in Brazil: Silencings, Estrangements, and Dialogues from an Intersectional and Decolonial Perspective" (2023), analyzes cis and bisexual, lesbian, or pansexual museum educators, considering their identities, social markers of difference, and experiences in memory spaces. The research reveals data on age, race, income, religiosity, and experiences of workplace discrimination. The analysis highlights contrasts with general museum educator data, showing how sexual and religious diversity influences their experiences and perspectives within museological spaces.
