O Desvio Desnormativo: Corpo Queer e Alemanha

Este artigo explora como o Estado alemão utilizou o poder da categorização para moldar e marginalizar corpos queer, destacando o impacto do Parágrafo 175 e a exclusão institucionalizada desses indivíduos do “eu” nacional heteronormativo. A análise se baseia na teoria de identidade coletiva de Richard Jenkins e no conceito de comunidades imaginadas de Benedict Anderson, abordando como o processo de categorização reforçou as fronteiras sociais e promoveu a tentativa de erradicação e o apagamento da memória queer. No entanto, essa categorização externa fomentou também uma resistência comunitária, onde espaços clandestinos, organizações e a criação de publicações tornaram-se núcleos de resistência e autodefinição.
